Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our ticketing and refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket to The Harvest of Her.
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel changes or inability to attend.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest. Any ticket transfer must be arranged prior to the event, and the new attendee’s details may need to be provided to The Harvest of Her.
Event Changes
The Harvest of Her reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, entertainment, timings or other event details where required. These changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
If The Harvest of Her is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new event date. Any refund options available in these circumstances will be communicated directly to ticket holders.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
By purchasing a ticket to The Harvest of Her, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
For any ticketing enquiries, please contact The Harvest of Her.defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos of the damage or issue, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly—either through a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Shipping Issues
We take great care in packaging all artworks for safe delivery. However, if an item is lost in transit or fails to arrive, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and find a solution.
Custom or Commissioned Artwork
As each commissioned piece is made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds once work has commenced. Please ensure all details are confirmed before the artwork creation begins.
