Change of Mind
We understand that choosing artwork is a very personal decision. Due to the unique nature of each piece, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on prints or original artworks. If you’re unsure about a piece or need more information before purchasing, please contact us—we’re here to help you make the perfect choice.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos of the damage or issue, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly—either through a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Shipping Issues
We take great care in packaging all artworks for safe delivery. However, if an item is lost in transit or fails to arrive, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and find a solution.
Custom or Commissioned Artwork
As each commissioned piece is made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds once work has commenced. Please ensure all details are confirmed before the artwork creation begins.

How do I get my ticket?
No physical ticket will be issued. After purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation — please keep it handy on the day.
Ticket & Merchandise Policy
- All sales are final. Once you purchase a ticket, there are no refunds or returns.
- If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to resell your ticket. Please contact The Harvest of Her team to update the guest name on our list.
- Merchandise purchases made on the night are also non-refundable. Many of our items are handmade and beautifully unique, so slight variations make each piece one-of-a-kind.
- For this reason, there will be no returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased at the event.
